Marshall Security commends the unwavering efforts of our Special Operations Team and law enforcement partners in securing another Marshall Security conviction, reinforcing our commitment to justice and public safety.
On 6 November 2024, Marshall Security successfully apprehended Simphiwe Gwala, who was linked to multiple criminal cases. Following thorough investigations and due legal proceedings, Gwala was convicted of crimes committed at Duffy Crescent and Conyngham Avenue.
This Marshall Security conviction was diligently handled by Greenwood Park Detective Sergeant Mkhize and expertly prosecuted by Durban Prosecutor Ngema, leading to a three-year imprisonment sentence for the convicted suspect.
