Yesterday afternoon at approximately 15h30, members of our Tactical Team in the Westmead area spotted a vehicle which was involved in a fraud case on the 21 of February in the Hillcrest area.
Our team quickly intercepted the vehicle, bringing it to a stop for further investigation. The driver was questioned on the spot.
Hillcrest Detectives were informed and immediately responded to scene to assist.
Subsequently after investigations the driver of the vehicle was arrested and detained at Hillcrest SAPS.
