In a thrilling sequence of events, Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team (SOT) responded swiftly to a report of a stolen vehicle from Florida Road at 11h38 this morning. A white Toyota Hilux, bearing the branding of a roofing company, was reported stolen, prompting an immediate response from our team.
Marshall SOT immediately sprang into action, gathering intelligence and initiating a search for the vehicle. Marshall SOT actively following the updates, spotted the vehicle traveling in the St Wendolins area. Without hesitation, our members brought the vehicle to a stop.
As the vehicle stopped, the suspect fled on foot, prompting a foot pursuit. Despite a valiant effort to apprehend the suspect, he managed to evade capture.
Although the suspect got away, the stolen Toyota Hilux was successfully recovered and transported to Berea SAPS for further processing and investigation.
