Two Stolen Toyotas Found Within Minutes In Phoenix

Yesterday afternoon our Special Operations Team successfully recovered three stolen vehicles, two found in Phoenix and the other in Inanda.

At approximately 14h20 members of our Special Ops Team were activated to assist Matrix Tracking with locating a Toyota Etios that had been stolen from the Point area in Durban.

Our members immediately responded to the last known location and within a couple of minutes the stolen vehicle was found abandoned on a property on Rainside Crescent in the Phoenix area, where it was recovered by members of our Special Ops Team, Matrix ground team, and the SAPS Phoenix Trio Crimes Unit.

According to eye witnesses, the suspects had left the scene only minutes prior to our teams arriving. Upon searching the rest of the property another Toyota Etios, that had been stolen in the Hillary area in Pinetown last week Saturday, was also found.

Both vehicles were transported back to the Phoenix Police Station for further investigation and processing.

Later in the day at approximately 20h00 members of our Special Ops Team were activated to assist Car Track with finding a white Isuzu that had been stolen in the Phoenix area a short while before.

Our members immediately responded to the last known location in Inanda and within 30 minutes of being dispatched, the vehicle was found abandoned and recovered on a dirt road by our Special Ops Team and Car Track ground team.

The client declined to open a case and the vehicle was returned.
