Yesterday afternoon at around 15h00 members of our Special Operations Team were activated to assist Tracker SA with tracking a Chevrolet Aveo that had been stolen from a school in the Kwadabeka area.
Teams responded to the last known location of the stolen vehicle and it was recovered within minutes by members of our Special Operations Team, Tracker SA and the Durban K9 unit. The vehicle was found abounded at a dead end road in the Kwadabeka F Section.
The scene was secured and will be investigated further by the SAPS.
