A vehicle that had been taken during a house robbery early yesterday evening was successfully recovered at approximately 19h00 last night.
The vehicle, that had been taken from the Kwadabeka area, was tracked and found abandoned by members of our Special Operations Team, Car Track ground team, and the Provincial Vehicle and Trio task team in J-section, Kwamashu after being alerted of the vehicle theft during the house robbery.
The suspects had fled the scene prior to our team’s arrival, and remain at large. The scene was secured and the vehicle handed over to the SAPS for processing and further investigation.
