A suspect was arrested on Tuesday evening after a client notified our team members about a suspicious person trespassing on their neighbour’s property in the Kenville area.
At approximately 17h30 the Marshall Security Emergency Dispatch Centre received a call from a client on Workington Road after noticing a suspect trespassing on their neighbour’s property.
Multiple Armed Response Officers and Special Operations Team members were immediately dispatched and arrived on the scene within minutes. Upon searching the property one suspect was immediately arrested after attempting to flee. The homeowner, who is not a Marshall client, was informed accordingly and was very grateful for the assistance and proceeded to press charges against the suspect.
Greenwood Park SAPS were informed and arrived on the scene a short while later. The suspect was handed over and was charged with trespassing.
