EVENT: LEF Day (Emergency Services Awareness Day) – 10 Nov 2018

WHAT: LEF DAY (EMERGENCY SERVICES AWARENESS DAY)

DATE: 10 Nov 2018

WHERE: CRUSADERS

It’s nearly LEF Day again. For those of you that don’t know what we’re talking about, it’s time to get with the programme, you’ll be glad you did ;).

Think, music, live action demonstrations, helicopter flips, food stalls, guest speakers, competitions, giveaways, music, a market and more. Bring the family (there will never be a safer place for your kids to play, and jumping castle their way through the day) and join us at Crusaders Sports Ground on 10 November 2018.

In short, this is an exciting community based crime awareness and prevention initiative hosted by the LEF (Law Enforcement Foundation), and it remains a highlight in our Marshall calendar. It’s a day for the security companies *cough* like us *cough* to take a bow, for the SAPS to be appreciated for their service and dedication, a chance for medical emergency service providers to show us how its all done, and an opportunity for all of us to learn from each other and educate, excite and involve the community because this is, after all, what community ‘life support’ looks like.

The Law Enforcement Foundation is affiliated with the north Durban Community Policing Forums, South African Police Force and us, Marshall Security. It is a registered Not For Profit organization. Its sole goal is to find and implement the best and newest security/safety solutions available to minimise criminal activity. It works with all interested security companies, SAPS, emergency services, neighbourhood watches, local businesses and individuals to make this happen.
