INCIDENT: HOUSE ROBBERY / SUSPECTS ARRESTED / FIREARM RECOVERED

Two suspects have been arrested and a firearm recovered thanks to the swift action of Marshall Security armed reaction officers.
Just after 14:15 on Tuesday, Marshall Security received a call from a homeowner in Timavo Drive stating that two suspects had attempted to force entry to her property however had fled when she noticed them and screamed for help.
A description of the two male suspects was distributed to responding vehicles and two men were spotted on the corner of Timavo and Ronan Roads. A search of the men revealed one to be in possession of an unlicensed firearm and live ammunition.
The suspects were arrested and handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
