INCIDENT: HOUSEBREAKING / SUSPECT ARRESTED

At approximately 23:43 on Tuesday night, Marshall Security received a call for assistance for a housebreaking in progress in Braemer Avenue, La Lucia.
On arrival on the scene, armed reaction officers were informed by street patrol guards, that a suspect had been seen entering a property via a rear window.
Armed reaction officers entered the property and conducted a search. A suspect was found hiding in the home. The man was arrested on-site and handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
