INCIDENT: THEFT OUT OF MOTOR VEHICLE / SUSPECT ARRESTED

At approximately 02:00 on Saturday, whilst on a patrol in the Morningside area, a Marshall Security armed reaction officer noticed two men breaking into a vehicle in Gordon Road.
A foot chase ensued with the men attempting to evade arrest, one of the men were apprehended, his accomplice remains at large.
The man was arrested and handed over to the South African Police Service for further investigation and processing.
