A man has been arrested after he was spotted pushing a bicycle on Gelderland Road in Umgeni Park.
The man was spotted by the Marshall Security Street Patrol Officer and on questioning, could not explain where he had obtained the mountain bike.
The man was handed over with the bicycle to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
