NEWS: F(ACT)S 2019. OUR YEAR IN REVIEW

2019 was an action packed year, which suited us fine because that’s generally how we like to roll. Obviously 😉
As evidence of the action packed-ness though, we would like to submit the following visual representation of the crimes and incidents we responded too.

Some key highlights that we would like to point out specifically, include the following:

Day time crime occurred at 2.5 times the rate of night time crime. i.e. 71% of the crime happened while you were up and about, and living your life. Considering this, we encourage everyone to stay vigilant, no matter if you feel safe and know your route and area. Because opportunists and criminals prey on us when and where we aren’t expecting the attention.

Mileage. We managed to rack up an impressive mileage figure last year, racing about north Durban, the North Coast and Morningside, on the look out for bad guys, with a total of 1 571 943.80km, and fuel consumption of 170 559.98 litres. Ouch. The local petrol stations know us well.

102. That’s how many arrests we made. We responded to every crime you can imagine, and a few you probably can’t… from armed robbery to theft of copper, from fraud to kidnapping and everything in between. We believe that our results speak for themselves.

Those figures are compelling, but where do they leave us now? Well, our promise to you for 2020 is simple. We are going to keep on keeping on, doing what we do best… protecting the communities we serve, with passion and commitment & dedication and innovation, ensuring we continue to be the team that you can call In Case of Anything.
