In April, 186 incidents were reported to our Emergency Dispatch Centre. This is a 0% increase compared to the rate we recorded in March 2025. The top types of incidents throughout the month were trespassing, theft from/on site and house breaking.

Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team, with Tracker SA, Matrix, and Umlazi SAPS, swiftly recovered a stolen Toyota Fortuner in Umlazi after it was taken from a mall in La Lucia. The vehicle was handed over for further investigation, highlighting the power of coordinated efforts, advanced tracking technology, and rapid response in combating serious vehicle crime across the region.

Multi-Armed Robbery Syndicate Brought Down in High-Stakes Pursuit

Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team, with partners, intercepted a white Renault Triber linked to a string of SPAR TOPS business robberies. Two suspects were apprehended after a high-risk pursuit, and stolen goods and replica firearms were recovered. This multi-agency operation highlights the strength of collaboration in tackling organised crime.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery: Toyota Etios Tracked & Found After South Beach Theft

Marshall Security, in collaboration with Bidtrack, recovered a stolen Toyota Etios in Kenville after it was tracked from South Beach. The vehicle was found abandoned in an informal settlement and handed over to Greenwood Park SAPS. This recovery highlights the effectiveness of rapid response, technology, and strong partnerships in tackling vehicle crime.
