At approximately 16h10 this afternoon our Emergency Dispatch Center received a call from a non client that their tenant had seen an intruder on their property in Alibizia Road, Prestondale.
Our teams were immediately dispatched to the scene and upon arrival the suspect was resisting arrest with one of the residents from the road. Our Armed Reaction Officer assisted the resident and the suspect was restrained.
The suspect was handed over to Durban North SAPS for further investigation and processing.
