In a significant victory for justice and community safety, Marshall Security applauds the relentless dedication of members of our Special Operations Team and Detective Sergeant Queen Chilli in securing another successful conviction for the community.
On the 16th of November 2023, Siyabonga Ernest Khwela, pleaded guilty to theft in the Durban Magistrates Court and was sentenced to eight months imprisonment or a fine of R15000.00 of which half will be suspended for 5 years. This victory in the pursuit of justice is a testament to the unwavering commitment.
This successful conviction stems from relentless dedication and collaborative efforts between Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team and Detective Sergeant Queen Chilli. Their combined efforts ensured that Khwela, linked to a previous arrest by Marshall Security, was held accountable for his actions, bringing peace of mind to the affected Durban community.
