Earlier this morning, we received an alert from an Effingham community resident that there was a puppy stuck in a manhole in Paruks Drive. Our Armed Reaction Officers responded and managed to rescue the puppy who had been stuck in the drain since the previous day.
Our Reaction Officer ensured the puppy was delivered back to his home safe and sound.
