In a dramatic turn of events this morning in Rosehill, Marshall Security Armed Response Officers acted quickly after receiving a message on a WhatsApp Crime Alert group at 06h30, alerting them to potential house breaking in progress at a non-clients premises on Lovat Road.
Armed Response Officers were immediately dispatched to investigate.
Upon arrival, the Officers began conducting a thorough property check. As they moved vigilantly through the premises, suspicious noises were heard from the ceiling, prompting a closer inspection. To their surprise, a suspect was found hiding in the ceiling and was swiftly apprehended.
Following the arrest, the suspect was transported to the Greenwood Park Police Station for further processing.
The property owner, was informed of the situation and confirmed she would proceed with opening a case against the suspect.
