In September, 216 incidents were reported to our Emergency Dispatch Centre. This is a 16% increase compared to the rate we recorded in August. The top types of incidents throughout the month were house breaking, theft from/on site, trespassing and theft of copper.

Durban North Thief No Match for Marshall Security Two-Hour Foot Pursuit
Marshall Security responded to multiple alarm activations in Durban North, eventually apprehending a suspect who was evading capture by hopping fences. A stolen JBL speaker was recovered, and the suspect, previously arrested for a similar offense, was handed over to Durban North SAPS for trespassing and theft.

Marshall Security swiftly responded to a report of an intruder on Eastview Road, Park Hill, and apprehended the suspect on-site. The suspect was handed over to Greenwood Park SAPS for further processing after the client chose to press charges, demonstrating Marshall Security’s commitment to community safety.
Quick Response Stops Briardene Break-In
Marshall Security responded to a suspected break-in at Stanhope Place, Briardene, apprehending one suspect while two others fled. Stolen items were recovered, and the suspect was handed over to Greenwood Park SAPS for further investigation. This highlights the importance of vigilance and swift response in crime prevention.
