INCIDENT: ROBBERY FROM PERSONS / SUSPECT ARRESTED

Earlier this morning Marshall Security North Coast were alerted to a robbery from persons which had occured on the Ballito beachfront area.
Our armed reaction officer made contact with the female victim who stated that a male suspect had robbed her of her personal belongings, including an iPhone and the keys to her vehicle.
Acting on information the reaction officer escorted the victim to the Ballito taxi rank area where she positively identified a male suspect as being the man who robbed her.
The suspect was found to still be in posession of her property stolen earlier. The man was arrested and handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
