In January, 192 incidents were reported to our Emergency Dispatch Centre. This is a 16% decrease compared to the rate we recorded in December. The top types of incidents throughout the month were house breaking, theft and theft of copper.

Throughout the month of January we arrested 8 suspects and recovered 12 stolen or hijacked vehicles. ðŸ’ª

Shooting Incident Leaves One Dead, Two Injured

Our Special Operations Team responded to a shootout that had occurred on the corner of Dumisani Makhaye and Queen Nandi Drive.

Suspect Arrested After Breaking Into Morningside Home, Twice

Our teams responded to two incidents, one arrest following a housebreaking in Morningside and the other a vehicle suspected to have been stolen in October last year that was pulled over for investigation in the Avoca area.

CCTV Controllers Monitoring AI Camera Intrusion Alert Leads To Arrest

The effectiveness of intelligent security was proven  when our teams arrested a suspect that was spotted on a client’s business premises via their Artificial Intelligence (AI) camera system.
